Delivery

Once we have accepted, processed, and packed your order, you will receive an email from us containing a tracking number. Please allow at least 1 working day from receipt of details for the tracking information to be updated.

Delivery estimates given are indicative delivery times only, and we cannot guarantee delivery timing, including for large orders or due to reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses, liabilities, or costs you incur arising out of late or delayed delivery.

Our delivery partners will deliver your order using the name, address, and telephone details you provide us with when completing your order. We are not liable for any mis-delivery due to inaccurate delivery details provided by you.

Returns Policy

At Fiery Lama, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (7) days of receiving the product. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process: If you wish to return an item, please email us at help@fierylama.com with your order number and details of the issue to initiate a return. You must return the item within 7 days of receiving the product. Securely package the item in its original packaging and send it to our address. Return address will be communicated over email.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Refunds: After we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7 days from the receipt of your item for processing. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
